Our Mission
At Ready Steady Recovery, we offer support workers who are highly trained in mental health. Some of our support workers draw on valuable lived experience to help you meet your personal goals. We approach your support with person centred practices. Our team is trauma informed and we want your journey to be recovery orientated.
Who We Support
We support individuals on the NDIS that are plan managed or self managed. We support people with all kinds of psychosocial disabilities. The following list is only some of the mental illness we can assist with

- Dissociative Identity Disorder
- Depressive Disorders
- Personality disorders
- PTSD and C-PTSD
- Anxiety Disorders
- Autism Spectrum (Psychosocial presentation)

Get Support
Contact us so we can arrange a time with you for a free 1 hour meet a greet. We will then discuss with you (and your support coordinator) your support needs and funding. Then we will set up your service agreement and your supports will commence! This is usually a 1-2 week process.

What We Will Do For You
Social, Community and Economic Participation
Ready Steady Recovery recognises the effect of social isolation on psychological wellbeing. That is why we want to connect you to your people. All our support workers are able to provide companionship. When you are ready, we are here to help you find your people and connect with them- your local shops, LGBTQIA+, CALD, religious groups and more.
Daily Living
Ready Steady Recovery understands that your daily routines and organisation around the home are essential to good psychological wellbeing. This is why we support you to find practical solutions for effective routines around the home and in your daily life. On the bad days we even make your routines a team effort, whilst on good days we will help you in building your independence.
Complex Support Needs
Ready Steady Recovery also offers experienced support workers who are able to provide support for individuals with complex support needs. this may include things such as:
- Psychosocial disability with overlapping substance dependancy
- Multiple disabilities
- Complex social behaviours
