Q: I am experiencing a mental health crisis. Can you help?
A: Our services are focused on long term mental health support. If you are having a mental health crisis- You likely need the support of an emergency service. Please consider the following services for assistance:

Q: How To Start Support Services?
A: You need to use our phone number or email to arrange a free 1 hour meet and greet. Your meet and greet is your time to get to know us and make sure we are the right people to help you. After you have met us and have decided you want to use our services, we will talk to you and your support coordinator about your needs and funding. From this conversation we will do some intake paperwork and set up your service agreement. Finally, we will book you in for your ongoing support services.

Q: How to End Services?
A: You have the right to cancel services at any given time. Simply contact us and services can be cancelled. please note that short notice cancellations may still be charged.

Q: I have a physical and/or intellectual disability. Can you still help?
A: Provided you have overlapping psychosocial/intellectual disability we can definitely still support you! If you have overlapping psychosocial/physical disability, this is assessed on a case-by-case basis. You are absolutely welcome to enquire.

Q: How to make a complaint?
A: this depends on who you would like to lodge your complaint about- there are many ways to lodge one. If you want to complain about any NDIS provider, you can click here to send your complaint to the NDIS. If you need to make a complaint about Ready, Steady, Recovery, You can do so by going to our menu and clicking on Compliments, Complaints and Feedback. If you need us to help you complain to another service, they should have a system to receive feedback so we will happily enquire with you.
