If you need to lodge a complaint/provide feedback/give compliments, about Ready, Steady, Recovery or any other NDIS provider- the NDIS Commission is an excellent place to start. Use the following links to give compliments, feedback or complaints to the NDIS commission.

If your compliment/complaint/feedback is directed at Ready, Steady, Recovery you are welcome to contact our team using our advertised email and phone number. there is also the option to scroll up and compliments/complaints/feedback on our menu- which can be filled out anonymously if desired.
All other NDIS providers should also have their own process to receive compliments/complaints/feedback. Our team is happy to support you in investigating how this can be done with any of your other providers as you feel is needed.
